Lubricating Penetrant FAQ

Q: Does LIQUID BEARING Lubricating Penetrant have any dielectric properties?
A:

Although the penetrant does have dielectric properties, it will not prevent electrical current from flowing between conductors that are in contact with one another. In fact, the penetrant is highly recommended for electrical terminals. Coating the electrical contacts with a light film of LIQUID BEARING Lubricating Penetrant will help to prevent oxidation of the contact surfaces. This helps to ensure positive electrical conductivity when the switch is in the on position.
